• MPP creates a collaborative process for primacy agencies and water utilities to work together in the creation, review, approval, and maintenance of water quality monitoring plans.

• All interactions between the utility and the state are recorded in an on-line history record including plan submittals, recommended changes, approvals, and updates.

• Enter and modify data in both tabular and map based interfaces.

• Access control is built into the system restricting access to plans to the appropriate users in the utility and the primacy agency.

• Interacts daily with the USEPA Safe Drinking Water Information System (SDWIS) downloading the official data about each utility and then uploading changes and monitoring plan details automatically.
